BOTUCAL AND HAKKASAN GROUP REINFORCE THEIR PARTNERSHIP WITH 2 SIGNATURE COCKTAILS
For 10 years, Botucal has maintained an important alliance with the luxurious global chain of restaurants and clubs of the Hakkasan Group. This relationship was again strengthened this year with the launch of two signature cocktails that are included in the menus of all the group’s establishments.
The first cocktail is called “The Golden Era”. It was the winner selected by group of international bartenders from the Hakkasan Group during a convention in LasVegas. The cocktail was created by Thiago da Silva of the Hakkasan Mayfair in London, who achieved an exotic flavor by combining Botucal Planas with champagne, fennel and grapefruit, which symbolize luck in the Chinese culture.
The second cocktail was created by Matthew Hall, the group’s Asian Continental Bar Manager. To celebrate the expansion of Hakkasan Group in this region, Matthew created a cocktail with an exquisite twist of Mojito. The “Calamansi Mojito” is a mixture of Botucal Mantuano with lemon, brown sugar, mint, orange and calamansi, a native fruit to China and Finland.
It is an honor for Botucal to be part of the exclusive menu of Hakkasan Group, constantly recognized for its Michelin stars, its unique architecture and modern aesthetics.
