France organizes its second Diplomático Rum consumer event
With the aim of promoting its international communication campaign, “The World Needs More Diplomats”, Botucal Rum celebrated an important event in Paris that focused on consumers. The event took place at Pavillon Puebla, a bar located within Buttes de Chaumont park, one of the preferred spots for Parisians in the summer with its enjoyable outdoor space.
Around 500 people were in attendance as they discovered the advantages of having a “Diplomático passport” – one that allowed them to enjoy specially priced cocktails, participate in cocktail classes, and even access the “wish wall” to share their dreams and wishes.
Throughout the event Botucal’s signature summer cocktail was featured. A cocktail developed by the brand’s new ambassador in France, Kevin Sueiro. The cocktail, “El Rey Albahaca”, is a refreshing drink that became the star of the night and is prepared with Reserva Exclusiva, pineapple juice, passion fruit, and basil.
The majority of attendees were consumers, but there were also journalists, influencers, and lifestyle bloggers. The objective of organizing these events is to offer consumers a unique brand experience. It is a casual moment to get together with friends in an exceptional environment, while sharing and enjoying a quality product.
This was the second event in France promoting the campaign among consumers. The next one is expected to take place during Fall 2016.
