THE CARIBBEAN SETTLED IN LONDON WITH THE BOTUCAL PALM TERRACE
This summer, the luxurious Bloomsbury Club Bar in London was transformed into the Botucal Palm Terrace, a place where the greenery of palm trees gave the warmest of welcomes to those who came to enjoy the exquisite variety of cocktails prepared with Venezuelan rum.
Venezuela was the source of inspiration for this magnificent underground bar. Every detail, from the travel items to the Caribbean decorations, were carefully thought through. The consumers were invited on a journey through America accompanied by the spirit of Botucal’s iconic Don Juancho Nieto Meléndez.
The bar manager, Brian Calleja, created a series of cocktails set in the joy of the tropics such as: Iced Daiquiri, Rum and Cola, Mango Botucal, Roraima’s Peak, Reversal of Fortune and Terepaima Sunset. He used rums straight from the Botucal Tradition range: Planas, Mantuano and Reserva Exclusiva, alternating with various ingredients and pairings with latin flavors. All accompanied by the music of renowned DJs in the city.
